Shipping Service & Estimated delivery times
It will depends on the carrier shipping service.
Estimated time of delivery is 1-15 working days, depending on the shipping destination if business is running as usual (Covid19 pandemic exceptions may apply).
*Please note – delivery times may be longer following special promotions or special offers, special days, and or during special holidays like Christmas time or similar.
How do I know that my delivery has been sent out?
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking-id. Its very important that your personal information is correct such as name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number, etc.
Do you want to make a return?
We have a simply return policy. Read the conditions below.
Do your product items qualify for a return?
To qualify for a return, your product item must fulfill the following requirements:
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order at the delivery address.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags still attached to the product, no exceptions.
We will not accept returns of customized product items, towels, socks, face masks, or underwear.
Exceptions: If you received a defective garment, please contact us immediately.
Exchanges: We do not offer an exchange service. You will have the option to return your selected item(s) and place a new order. In any case, it is better to contact us.
Pack the product item(s) securely. Always include the original packing slip, alternatevely a copy of it, or a note with the order number.
Call your carrier of choice to obtain a shipping label for your package. Please note that we do not cover the returned items shipping costs, and you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Please return the item (s) to the correspondent address (below).
Once we receive your returned product items and after the checking procedure, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Refunds can take 2-10 days to process depending on your bank/country.

All packages sent out from our Latvian warehouse must be returned to this address: Benfatto Sport Wear by BN, Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
All packages sent out from our Spanish warehouse must be returned to Benfatto Sport Wear by BN, Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
All packages sent out from our warehouse in Australia must be returned to: Benfatto Sport Wear by BN, 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); and Benfatto Sport Wear by BN, 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders).
All packages sent out from our warehouse in Japan must be returned to: Benfatto Sport Wear by BN, 817-3 Komiyaji, Shinwamachi, Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, 8630101 Japan.
IMPORTANT: Please, always check the information that is printed on the Packing Slip that is inside of your package.
